Doing it all? Why your business needs strategic marketing support (not just a VA)
The real reason you’re stuck: it’s not time, it’s too many decisions
Most of the clients I work with aren’t struggling because they’re disorganised. They’re experienced, capable, and often thriving in parts of their business. But they’re tired. Tired of context switching, tired of marketing overwhelm, tired of wondering if they’re doing the right thing or just ticking boxes.
They don’t need more time.
They need fewer decisions, and someone they trust to carry the load and be ‘on it’ whilst they are ‘in it’.
This isn’t just virtual assistant work. It’s getting it done, but also strategic, done-with-you marketing support.
I’m not the kind of VA who waits for instructions.
And I’m not a hands-off strategist who sends you a plan and disappears.
I sit in the middle: I audit what you’ve got, enhance it, and build where there are gaps.
Clients come to me when they want someone to:
- Step into their business and make sense of the chaos
- Get the most out of what they’ve already created (instead of reinventing the wheel)
- Offer honest, experienced insight—without pressure or fluff
- Turn strategy into action (and actually do the work)
A different kind of support: strategic + practical + personalised
Here’s how I help you reclaim your time and headspace:
✅ Maximise what’s already working
Not everything needs to be rebuilt. I spot the quick wins, plug the gaps, and help you get better results from what you already have.
✅ Marketing strategy that fits your stage of business
Whether you’re two years in or scaling steadily, I help you clarify your message, align your offers, and create content that connects.
✅ Done-for-you, but with purpose
From email sequences and newsletters to lead magnets and social media—I handle the implementation so you don’t have to.
✅ Your sounding board (and occasional coach)
If you’re second-guessing yourself or losing momentum, I’m here to help you reset, refocus, and move forward.

FAQs
What kind of support do you offer?
I flex based on what you need—ideas, organising your SharePoint and files, admin, research, competitive analysis, content ideas, strategy, website audit, content creation, email marketing, client communications, templates, audits. Often, it’s people who have recommended me, or know me, or with whom I’ve had a discovery call with to map out the best next step.
Do you offer one-off or ongoing support?
Both. Some clients just need a one-time Spark Session to get clarity and a plan. Others stick around for ongoing, light-touch marketing support. I’m not here to lock you in—I’m here to help.
How do I know you’re the right fit?
We’ll know after a quick chat. If I’m not the right person, I’ll point you to someone who might be. If I am, you’ll probably feel a big sigh of relief once we get going and into the thick of your business.
Want to stop spinning plates?
You don’t need another system or another download. You need someone who sees what’s already there, brings a bit of calm, positivity, sees the woods from the trees, and helps you move forward with more structure and confidence.
